ATLANTA, Ga. – Men's Soccer's Tyrese Spicer was named ASUN Player of the Week the league announced Tuesday. The honor marked Spicer's first Player of the Week award and the 26^th all-time honor for Lipscomb. 
 
The honor comes after Spicer scored his first career hat trick in Lipscomb's 4-1 win over Evansville Monday night. He ranks second in the nation and first in the conference with 10 points (4 goals, 2 assists). 
 
The victory propelled the Bisons to a 4-0 start on the season, the best season start in program history. Lipscomb also defeated Memphis 2-1 on Friday night. 
 
Lipscomb will be back in action Friday, Sept. 10 at 6 p.m. CT at ETSU.
