ATLANTA, GA – Lipscomb made the trip to Atlanta, GA for the Georgia Tech Invitational this past weekend. Nearly 40 athletes competed for the Bisons in 24 different events throughout the duration of the tournament.
Hannah Wright set a program record in the Women's 100mH. Her time of 13.95 earned her second place. Wright has now set program records five different times throughout the track and field season in hurdle events.
Braeden Ofosu-Kwarteng placed first overall in the Men's 400m. With a time of 46.28, Ofosu-Kwarteng topped second place by 0.14 seconds, beating out 81 other athletes.
Leonie Saurer joined in on the podium action, placing third in the Women's 3k Steeplechase. Saurer crossed the line in 10:49.88 to place in the top three of 25 athletes who competed.
