
Men's Tennis Welcomes Two to 2025-26 Roster

NASHVILLE – Announced by head coach Ben Roeser, the Lipscomb University men's tennis team has added two student-athletes for the fast-approaching 2025-26 season.
Joining the Bisons are freshman Hartmut Fiedler and transfer Alex Vlahos.
"We are super excited to have Alex and Hartmut join the Bisons. They are guys that fit the culture both on and off the court," said Roeser.
"We look for specific people who will be leaders on and off the court and who want to develop in both areas. Throughout each of their recruiting process, they have proven to buy into our philosophy. I am excited to see them develop and help us reach our goals."

Hartmut Fiedler - Neunkirchen, Austria - Rafa Nadal International School

Hartmut Fiedler - Neunkirchen, Austria - Rafa Nadal International School
- Attended Rafa Nadal International School
- Posted a 1365 ITF Junior Ranking in January 2025
- Transferred after one season at Montana State with three seasons of eligibility remaining
- Won six contests between singles and doubles
- Won back-to-back singles matches against Whitworth (1/31) and Hawaii (2/16)
- While prepping at Laurel Springs Online School, he posted a career-high ranking of 1,600 in the ATP rankings and 1,187 in the ITF junior rankings
