Baseball Achieves ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award for Third Straight Season

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Lipscomb University Baseball program secured the American Baseball Coaches Association Team Academic Excellence Award for the third straight season, announced by the ABCA on Wednesday, July 22.
The award honors ABCA member programs that posted a cumulative team GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale during the 2025-26 academic year.
Over the course of the academic year, the 2026 Atlantic Sun Tournament Champions achieved a team grade point average of 3.40.
During the spring season, the program achieved a team grade point average of 3.27.
Two schools, Florida Gulf Coast and Lipscomb, represent the ASUN on the award.
