Maple Woods Community College: Spent two years with the Monarchs...Led his team to a 33-27 record and a Region 16 Championship as a sophmore in 2016 where he hit .352 with 64 hits, 43 runs, 63 RBI and 21 walks...Also collected 16 doubles, one triple, 14 home runs in 182 at-bats for a .681 slugging percentage in 52 games played...Appeared in 48 games as a freshman where he batted .304 with 48 hits, 13 doubles, four homers, 30 RBI, 26 runs and 18 walks while helping Maple Woods to a 27-29 record...

High School: Prepped at Webster Groves High School under head coach Joe Beckman...Perfect Game rated him the fourth best catcher and the 24th best player in the state of Missouri in 2013...Named a Perfect Game Central Region Honorable Mention in 2013...Originally committed to Valparaiso out of high school.
