Kevin Lam joined the Lipscomb University Sports Medicine staff in the spring of 2024 and serves the program’s men’s soccer and men’s tennis programs.
Prior to his arrival in the Music City, Lam served as an Athletic Training Fellow at Duke University, working with the men’s and women’s soccer and women’s tennis programs.
He also completed an internship with the Colorado Rapids, a Major League Soccer franchise.
While working on his graduate studies, he was an athletic trainer at Michigan State University, completing rotations with football, women’s soccer and baseball. During the summer, he served at Northwestern University, working primarily with the football program and assisting with other programs for the Wildcats.
He is a Certified Athletic Trainer by the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer.
A native of Stamford, Connecticut, Lam graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in interdisciplinary studies with a concentration in exercise science, wellness and business administration.
He earned a Master of Science in athletic training from Michigan State University in 2022.
