He began working for the Bulldogs in July of 2020 and helped see the team to a 14-10 season with wins over Jackson State, Marshall and Western Kentucky.

"Colsten will bring an infectious energy and passion for the university, the program and the game of basketball," said head coach Lauren Sumski. "Through his chracter, commitment to genuine relationship building and tireless work ethic, he has made a tremendous impact and truly left every program better than he has found it. He performed a myriad of duties in his time at both programs including assisting with skill development and availability of players, developing scouting reports and game strategies and content creation. "Colsten fits every metric -- tangible and intangivle -- in what we were looking to add to our program.
