NASHVILLE – For the ninth time since 2004, the Lipscomb University Baseball team hosted Vanderbilt University at Ken Dugan Field at Stephen Lee Marsh Stadium. The Commodores took down the Bisons 15-1, Tuesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Commodores tallied a run in each of the first four innings before adding two in the fifth and sixth to lead 8-0.
Vandy posted lead-off hits in four of the first six innings, but Lipscomb was able to limit the damage with five strikeouts, including three from
Mack Mabrey out of the pen.
The Bisons avoided the shutout with an RBI double by
Cam Pruitt that saw
Aaron Stelogeannis score from first base.
Vanderbilt, who scored in every inning except the eighth, held the 'Dores to 3-for-12 with two outs. Additionally, the Bison pitching staff mowed down 11 batters.
KEY STATISTICS
Aaron Stelogeannis posted his team-high 13th multi-hit game of the season with a 2-for-4 night with a run scored.
Cam Pruitt drove in his 33rd RBI on the season with his ninth double of the season in the sixth.
