NASHVILLE — Despite dominating the match, Lipscomb dropped a 2-0 decision at Belmont on Tuesday. The Bisons generated 13 of their 17 shots in the second half and finished with seven shots on goal, but were shut out despite that pressure.

First Half
- Belmont went in front 1-0 in the 5' minute when Lucas Wolthers scored off an assist from John McDowell.
- The Bisons pushed back with a corner and four shots over the next 10 minutes, including a saved attempt by Tobías Sosa.
- The closing stretch featured five fouls and a Belmont yellow card, while Alex Kara saved a Belmont shot in the 41' minute before two late Belmont corners.

Second Half
- Trailing 1-0, the Bisons generated early pressure with shots from Alejandro Valcarce and Luke Hanlon before Valcarce and Kylian Karsenty each put attempts on frame that Brody Sucher saved.
- The Bisons continued to build through set pieces, earning corner kicks at four corner kicks in a matter of minutes, while Kara made a save on Jaxon Stokes in between.
- The match tightened with a red card to Belmont's Nathan Ferguson in the 70' minute, followed by yellow cards to Enzo Evangelista and Leon De Ciccio before the Bisons added saved shots from Karsenty, Evangelista and Hanlon.
- Completely agains the run of play, Belmont added a goal from Nzuhri Biggar in the 79' minute to make it 2-0.
- The Bisons continued to push with late shots from Mateo Secaira, James Sasere and Evangelista before Belmont finished with a 2-0 win.

Kara played all 90 minutes in goal and recorded four saves. Karsenty led the Bisons with two shots on goal among his three attempts. Evangelista and Valcarce each added three shots, putting one attempt on frame.
